Cloud Engineer 

The primary aim of this role is to take ownership of Creative Assembly’s Cloud Services, while promoting a high standard of quality. This role will involve full responsibility for developing and implementing Cloud solutions.

The successful candidate for this role must be an expert in Cloud technologies and have strong communication skills that they can use to work in partnership with key internal stakeholders, including all levels of studio management and support. The ability to prioritize overlapping tasks while promoting a cohesive work environment is essential for this key position.

A good communicator and organiser, this Lead should lead a team by example producing wireframes, style guides and designs for robust and intuitive game UI.

1. Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

The primary objectives of the SDET are to provide technical knowledge and expertise to the Program Office. In particular, to work closely with senior management to define the strategy for automated testing and work closely with both QA and game developers to develop, implement and ensure the successful adoption of automated testing processes across all products in development for SEGA Europe. In addition, this person will be expect to liaise closely with the corresponding roles in other SEGA territories to ensure the incorporation and adoption of best practice processes in automated testing.

2. Live Operations Engineer

The Live Operations Engineer will be part of a team ensuring that Hardlight’s client/server based video games operate at the highest level across a player base of many millions. This role will work directly with the Development teams to install and publish game servers, analytics solutions, web dashboards & any other online systems to the live environment, whilst ensuring all live systems are in a healthy working state.

3. Creative Artworker

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Artworking and layout of packaging, point of sale brochures and manuals
Schedule and achieve planned dates for all Creative Services deliverables and ensure regular communication to territory teams as well as relevant members of the Creative Services and Marketing teams
Liaise with internal and external creative studios plus partner territories to deliver top quality localised versions of all final retail packaging SKU’s and marketing & promotional assets.
Work closely with Studio Manager and Traffic Manager to ensure that all deadlines are adhered to
Work closely with Product Development and QA to ensure that all printed elements of product are delivered on time and correctly
Re-sizing of adverts for PR Media plans
Set up tracking documents for all translation SKU’s and elements
Archiving and catalogue storage of assets.

4. UI Artist
This role is responsible for creating and maintaining the games UI elements including, Front-End, Menus, Stores screens, HUD game UI. Candidates will also be assisting in the games concept and as well as working with design where applicable to help deliver the most appropriate user interface for the end-user experience.

This person is responsible for general 3D & 2D art production on a variety of different game projects of varying different genres and styles. They will be working within a small team and be responsible for a large amount of environment and asset construction pipeline including, modelling, texturing on both 3D and 2D game titles. Successful candidates will also be expected to work with other members of the publishing team to help create pre-production and marketing material.
